Supernar is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We offer a mobile application that provides fitness training and sell related merchandise. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for both our digital services and physical merchandise.

Digital Services (Mobile Application Subscriptions)

  • Free Trial Period: If a free trial period is offered, you can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed for the subscription service.
  • Subscription Cancellations:You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable service failure or non-performance on the part of Supernar.
  • Service Failure: Refunds for subscription fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted if a technical failure on our part has rendered the service unusable for a significant duration.

Physical Merchandise

  • Return Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Supernar within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Refund Process:Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


  • Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors: Exchanges can be made if the desired size or color is in stock. Customers are responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
  • Faulty Item Exchange: If the item is faulty or not as described, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods.
  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.
